“I created a ceviche with a different flavor, and I prepare to grow”

Beginnings

His passion for ceviche made him create an original recipe based on seafood (fish, shrimp, octopus and seashells). It was his coworkers who encouraged him to open his own business after trying his culinary skills.

“I made a special sauce that gives that very different flavor, spicy, 100% natural, free of preservatives and with lemon juice,” describes the young entrepreneur. Danilo hopes in the future he will open a nationwide distribution chain and with the Pinoleras platform he is preparing himself for this challenge.

The commercialization is mainly through social networks and he has distribution points in Managua: El Hogar del Emprendimiento in Los Robles; Logic Plaza, km 4 ½ Carretera Norte, in the Quesillos Chontaleños establishment and from his own house where the delivery service is served.
