D'Asados

"It's not a traditional barbecue and I have the challenge of growing"

Beginnings

Eliett López, a resident of the San Andrés Residencial at kilometer 9.9 of Carretera Nueva a León, saw an opportunity to create a barbecue business since no businesses were offering food where she lived.

Eliett did not want a traditional fritanga. “In D’Asados we offer fine cuts of meat, special cuts typical of a la carte restaurants, as well as side dishes such as chili peppers and chimichurris.”

Although the business has been open for three years, Eliett’s challenge is to position it in Managua and is convinced that Pinoleras is an excellent window to make herself known and to grow. “We want people to try and consume our product. We offer delivery with an additional price in some areas of the capital city,” López added.

This young entrepreneur says that some of her products are offered in spaces such as El Rincón del Emprendedor and in la Casa de Zoe.
